The Kimmell Foundation was born from a simple realization:

Many leaders are achieving results—but losing connection to what matters most.

Founder Thomas Hill III saw that even successful organizations were often missing something deeper—alignment between performance and purpose.

This led to the creation of Recovering Leadership, built on one core belief:

We cannot live our best lives unless the people around us are living theirs.
