Healthy organizations begin with healthy leaders.
The Center for Organizational Health is a community focused on supporting leaders as they build healthy, people-first cultures. We work with leaders at every level who want to grow in the way they lead and create healthier environments for the people around them.
Our core belief is that every person is intrinsically and equally valuable, and that leadership should reflect that truth in how we build and care for our teams.
We help leaders create environments where people feel valued, cared for, and safe. Through leadership development, learning experiences, resources, and relationships, we give leaders opportunities to grow and help them build cultures where people can thrive.

How We Help
Healthy leadership grows through learning, meaningful relationships, practical application, and continual development. The Center supports leaders through four interconnected areas:
Leadership Development
We host events for leaders to grow, strengthen how they lead, and better support the people and teams they serve.
Research and Insights
We share thought leadership ideas and perspectives that help leaders ask better questions, think differently, and continue learning.
Community
We create opportunities for meaningful relationships, shared learning, and conversations with others who understand the responsibility of leadership.
Resources
Our resources give leaders something they can take with them and use as they work to build healthier teams and organizations.
