Thomas Hill

Thomas Hill III is the author of the book, Recovering Leadership: Musings of an Addict Leader. In the book, he shares his personal story of advancing in leadership at Kimray, spinning out of control, and the long and difficult road of recovery that transformed his life and leadership.

He created the Kimmell Foundation to help others find and implement their own value culture. Thomas and his wife, Rebecca, both received their degrees from Oklahoma State University. They have been married for more than 30 years and have six children.

Dr. Tracy Brower is a PhD sociologist studying work-life fulfillment and happiness. She is the author of The Secrets to Happiness at Work (to be re-released in paperback May 2024) and Bring Work to Life. She is the vice president of workplace insights with Steelcase and a senior contributor to Forbes and Fast Company. A thought-leader, two-time TEDx speaker, author, and CEO of Strata Leadership, Dr. Mellor is an experienced executive coach who has provided over 3,000 coaching sessions for executive leaders. He serves as a sounding board, thought partner, and a source of encouragement for leaders seeking to maximize their effectiveness.

Since its founding in 2009, Strata Leadership has pursued its mission of “Elevating Life at Work.” Each year, the professionals at Strata Leadership provide character and competence-based talent development services for hundreds of clients (non-profits, for-profits, educational institutions, and governmental agencies) throughout the United States and abroad.

Kelly Swan “retired” at age 49 to help the homeless and needy full-time. He has 25 years of experience in the corporate world, 20 years of experience leading a 501c3 nonprofit he founded, is a licensed minister, and has counseled organizations and executives on messaging, media relations, and reputation management.

He was the spokesman for two Fortune 500 companies, was a ghostwriter and adviser to six CEOs, trained 1,000 people in crisis communications, managed PR for billion-dollar deals, received 11 awards for news writing, feature stories, and branding, and worked on a 2017 Super Bowl ad.

Jewel Rodgers

Jewel Rodger (she/her) is an interdisciplinary poet, performer, and visual artist creating with the purpose to connect. She has shared her work across the Midwest and MidAtlantic regions, appearing in spoken word, public speaking, and multimedia projects, including 100 Years | 100 Women (Park Avenue Armony – NY, NY), TEDxLincoln (TEDx – LNK, NE), and Amplifying the Black Experience (Opera Omaha – OMA, NE).

Jewel is a 2022 OEAA nominee for Best Performance Poet in Omaha. Her written word recently received an honorable mention in the 2021 Nebraska Poetry Society’s Open Poetry Contest. Her visual content, a combination of video, images, audio, and text, has been used to promote independently curated events, including THINK. a 5-part traveling conversation series.
