Are you concerned about the economic forecast and what it means for your employees?
HIGHBEAM gives leaders the chance to hear a keynote speaker discuss their economic forecast and discuss it openly with other leaders. We hope to inspire the development of creative strategies for maintaining a culture of value and health within our own companies.
What to Expect
In January each year, we host a socioeconomic forecast breakfast for our community. This event gives high-caliber leaders a chance to listen to experts deliver the economic forecast and a panel of local leaders discussing the impact of the economy on their businesses and people. The panel includes leaders in the following business sectors: Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction & Development, and Non-Profits. Time permitting, we will take audience questions.
You are invited to join the discussion:
- The forecasted economic outlook for 2025
- The impact this will have on our employees
- Ways to maintain a healthy company culture this year
