“To meet the need, you have to bring everybody on board.” Nikki Nice, Councilwoman of Oklahoma City’s Ward 7 joins Thomas Hill to talk about challenges, compromise, diversity, inclusion, and the role of leaders. Nikki credits a village of people who impacted her life and shaped her desire to give back. Her passion for people is clearly seen in her efforts to inform and to help, and Nikki shares her personal motivation saying, “What sets my soul on fire is my community.”
